This policy covers the Hibixa waitlist at hibixa.com. It explains what we collect when you sign up to be notified about our launch, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. It does not cover the Hibixa mobile app, which will have its own policy before release.
Hibixa is operated by Santanila Incorporation, a corporation registered in Ontario, Canada. We are the organization accountable for the personal information described in this policy.

When you join the waitlist, we collect and store:

We do not use advertising or analytics trackers on this page. We do not collect your location, contacts, or any information beyond what is listed above.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers, data brokers, or other companies for their own marketing.
Signing up is voluntary and is your consent to receive launch email from us. You can withdraw it at any time — email info@hibixa.com and we will remove you from the list. Every marketing email we send will also include an unsubscribe link.
Withdrawing consent means we stop emailing you and delete your record. There is no consequence beyond not hearing from us at launch.
Your name, email, and consent record are stored in a database hosted in Canada (Supabase, Canada Central region).
Some processing happens outside Canada. Our application server is hosted with Render in the United States, and Cloudflare provides bot protection for the signup form, which means your IP address is processed by Cloudflare's global network. While your information is in another country, it may be accessible to that country's courts, law enforcement, and national security authorities under that country's laws.
We use these providers under contractual terms that require them to protect your information and use it only to provide services to us.
This site does not use cookies for analytics or advertising. Cloudflare's bot protection may set a strictly necessary cookie on your browser to confirm you are a real visitor. It cannot be used to track you across other websites.
Hibixa is for adults. You must be 18 or older to join the waitlist. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has signed up, email info@hibixa.com and we will delete the record.
The signup form is served over an encrypted connection. The database is not publicly readable — it can only be reached by our server, using credentials that are not present in any code you can see. Access is limited to the people who need it to operate the service.
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of the page. If the change is significant and affects information we already hold, we will email everyone on the waitlist.
